What forms of payment does The Right Cord accept?
The Right Cord accepts online payment through Paypal or Google checkout, and paper payments of money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. Personal checks will be held 10 days for payment to clear before your order is shipped.
How will my items be shipped and what will it cost?
All purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested.
Shipping charges are as follows:
1-5 necklace cords: $1.75 anywhere worldwide
Each additional five necklace cords adds $.25 shipping & handling to the US & Canada, $.75 elsewhere worldwide
Priority Mail is available upon request: $5.00 for any number of necklace cords in the US, $10.15 to Canada & $12.15 elsewhere worldwide.
Does The Right Cord ship internationally?
Absolutely! The Right Cord ships worldwide. If you do not see your country on the list of international ship to locations on the item page, please send an email to: [email protected] and your country will be added to the list.
What is The Right Cord's return policy?
Please send an email to: [email protected] if you wish to return any cord.
If you are unsatisfied with your necklace cord, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of when you receive it for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping unless you receive an incorrect or damaged product.
What types of cord can be special ordered for specific lengths?
The faux leather suede cord and the pony bead cord are hand-cut and finished at The Right Cord. Please send an email to: [email protected] if you would like to order a special length of either of those two materials. If you special order a faux leather suede cord, please specify the length, color, and which clasp you prefer- hook and eye or barrel.
